Are All Pricechanges in Sirvoy reflected in the Saleschannel?  

AUTOMATIC UPDATES IN SIRVOY

Agoda, Hostelworld and Myallocator are 

after the connection is active.

Prices sent to Booking.com and Expedia.com can be sent automatecally if you activate that feature. Otherways they need to be sent manually each time you change your prices in Sirvoy.  

 

PRICECHANGES

Your pricechanges are synced with a few exceptions, see below, but in booking.com and Expedia.com you need do the manual update after a pricechange under "Settings -> Channels -> Booking.com -> Send updates to Booking.com" and "Settings -> Channels -> Expedia.com -> Send updates to Expedia.com". Not applicable if you have activated the automatic update under "Settings > Channels >Update rates automatically" 

 

Are changes of the "Regular price" of a accommodation type reflected in a Sales channel? 

Yes.First add the new regular price under "Settings > Accommodations > Edit accommodation type". Then go to "Settings -> Channels -> Booking.com -> Send updates to Booking.com" and "Settings -> Channels -> Expedia.com -> Send updates to Expedia.com" Not applicable if you have activated the automatic update under "Settings > Channels >Update rates automatically" 

 

Are "Seasonal Prices and Temporarily Price changes" reflected?

Yes. First add the new price under "Settings -> Price changes -> Seasonal prices & temporary changes".

Then update the new price under "Settings -> Channels -> Booking.com -> Send updates to Booking.com" and "Settings -> Channels -> Expedia.com -> Send updates to Expedia.com" Not applicable if you have activated the automatic update under "Settings > Channels >Update rates automatically" 

 

Are Spot prices reflected?

Yes. First add the new price under "Settings -> Price changes -> Spot prices".

Then update the new price under "Settings -> Channels -> Booking.com -> Send updates to Booking.com" and "Settings -> Channels -> Expedia.com -> Send updates to Expedia.com" Not applicable if you have activated the automatic update under "Settings > Channels >Update rates automatically" 

 

Are "Discount for longer stays" reflected?

No. Changes under "Settings > Price changes > Discount for longer stays" as week, and month discounts in Sirvoy will only be reflected in your own booking form, but not sent to the sales channels. To  add a discount for longer stays on your sales channel you need to add that rate in your sales channel. Please contact your account manager for more info.

 

Are "Promotion and discount codes" reflected?

No. Price changes under "Settings -> Price changes -> Promotion and Discount codes" are not reflected in sales channels but only in your own booking form.

Then update the new price under "Settings -> Channels -> Booking.com -> Send updates to Booking.com" and "Settings -> Channels -> Expedia.com -> Send updates to Expedia.com" (Not applicable or needed if you have activated the automatic update under "Settings > Channels >Update rates automatically" )
